Why doesn’t my last payment show on my bill?

If your payment is not received by the bill due date, it will not appear as a payment on your new invoice as we have started the new billing period already and have to put a hold on posting payments. You will have to note that you have made the payment and take it off the total amount due on your new invoice. Once billing is updated, your payment amount will be posted to your account.
